Keeping that in mind, this is just an idea to cuss and discuss here to a presumably wider audience?

THE IDEA IS that we appoint somebody to be the "LBO" and that person is responsible for going over the Moop Map [TBD?] with the Vets' representative(s) after the clean-up.

This last event cleared out quicker than in the Spring, but there were some complaints apparently from the Vets. The specifics do not need to be discussed here; who it was, what it was, etc. That's not important for how to fix things for the future. I presume there is/was somebody who works with DPW / MOOP Team and reports on behalf of PDF to the Vets and Jamie to verify that PDF met or exceeded expectations? If nobody else wants this gig for the next event, I'll volunteer since I proposed the idea, or at least the title/description of it. On the other hand, I'd gladly let somebody else be the 'LBO' if it fits their schedule. I've been the unofficial LBO for about 7 of the last 10 events. Sometimes that was not so voluntary. Other times it was from convenience, as I have one of the shortest rides home. I'm not even sure who/how the current 'sign-off' is done with the Vets, so anybody with other ideas or info, please chime in.
